I woke up this morning with the urge to make an amazing smoothie bowl. Although, I am a hardcore juicer, I am also great at developing smoothies as well. I remembered the first time I made a green smoothie...let's not discuss that. LoL. But I have learned a lot over the years in developing and creating a wonderful smoothie experience for myself and everyone.
What I like most about smoothies is that they are build-able, they can easily become an ideal meal replacement. I mean, you can add protein, healthy fats, spices which is what makes them separate from juices. It's no surprise that my 14 day smoothie detox program is successful, being on that program doesn't make you feel like you are on a "diet".
