Look at all that ingredients below...can you see yourself eating all of it in just one seating? The answer for many is no... not that it's impossible because I believe anything is possible can be far too unrealistic. The main difference between juices and smoothies is how fast the nutrients get absorb in our body. By consuming juices, it allows you to give your digestive system a break while fueling on micro and phyto-nutrients which enters rapidly into our bloodstream.
I was recently on the phone talking to my mom and she was telling me about a difficult time she had one day because her blood sugar was significantly low. She ended up stopping by a local juice bar and snack on some juice since I'm always in her ears about how beneficial juicing is. In a matter of seconds, she started to feel much better. I explained to her in more details what I said above and my recommendations are now stuck with her forever. Please understand that you can alter the recipe and ingredients to your liking. For instance, I love lots of mint in my juices and have used lots of it in this recipe but you can reduce the amount to only one stem or you can use non at all if you don't like the acquired taste. Juicing isn't complicated so don't let it be.
Juicing Tip: Peel Lime before juicing and can you add ginger to this combination to for more of a kick.
This juice was the perfect balance of fruit and vegetable. Overall this juice is A very smooth and soothing. It's new, exciting, refreshing and full of live nutrients.
