You can! You don't have to follow the intermittent fasting schedule provided. However, because of the added benefits of intermittent fasting it is recommended to at least try.

Do I have to follow your intermittent fasting time schedule?

Absolutely NOT. As long as you let your body rest for a minimum of 16 hours, you can schedule whatever time works best for you. For example, say you had dinner at 7:00 PM, your breakfast will be at 11: 00 AM. That’s 16 hours in a fasted state.
